HeartSaver CPR, AED, Relief of Choking + OPTIONAL First Aid Group Training Class Overview
The American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR, AED and Relief of Choking class is designed for anyone with no previous medical experience to learn life-saving CPR! Individuals who complete this course will receive an AHA certification eCard that will be valid for two years. The AHA HeartSaver CPR & AED group training class includes: how and when to administer CPR, use of an AED, and choking relief for adults, children, infants. Add the optional AHA First Aid portion to include:
- First aid basics
- Medical emergencies
- Injury emergencies
- Environmental emergencies
- Preventing illness and injury
The class includes instructional video from the American Heart Association and hands on practice led by your instructor. Our mission is to instill confidence in our students to administer CPR in real life emergencies. Students will be tested on their hands on skills, but there is NO written examination required for this course. However, we do provide an optional exam if you would like for your staff to be tested.
