Refund Policy

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on our CPR courses. Our reschedule policy, late policy and no show policy is written below. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

Refunds may be issued for CPR Instructor classes if the refund has been requested within 7 days of payment and as long as it’s before you’ve taken the instructor class with us.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 4 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class. We are a small business and have limited class space for each class. When you give us adequate notice that you need to reschedule, we can make the slot available for another student.

If you’ve purchased a product from our shop and the item is defective, we will exchange the item for you. We do not offer refunds at this time. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

Late Policy

If you will be more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your class. We will only allow this type of reschedule one time. If you will be more than 5 minutes late again, you will need to register for class again. No refunds after the first attempt to reschedule has been made.

No Show Policy

If you are scheduled to attend one of our classes and you do not show up and do not give us adequate warning, you will need to register for class again. We do not issue refunds for no show students. We are a small business and have limited class space. If you do not show, you reserve space in our class that could be made available to another student.
