Class begins with a structured mix of real-world video scenarios and expert instructor demonstrations. We cover the latest life-saving guidelines, ensuring you understand the theory behind high-quality chest compressions, rescue breathing, and choking relief.
2. Hands-on Practice with Feedback Manikins
You won’t just watch—you will actively practice. Each student receives their own sanitized mannequin to practice adult, child, and infant CPR techniques. Our training equipment provides real-time feedback so you can perfect your compression depth and rate with confidence.
3. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training
An essential part of modern sudden cardiac arrest response is knowing how to operate an AED. You will get hands-on experience using live training AED devices, learning exactly how to power them on, place pads, and safely deliver a shock.
4. Skills Assessment & Certification
To ensure you leave feeling fully capable, you will complete a straightforward skills check with your instructor. There is no need to be nervous—our instructors are here to coach you until you get it right. Depending on your course type (BLS or Heartsaver), a brief multiple-choice quiz may follow.
5. Same-Day Digital Certification eCard
Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive your official, OSHA-compliant, 2-year CPR certification card. Your digital eCard will be emailed directly to you, making it easy to print or forward to your employer.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, casual clothing. You will be practicing on the floor with manikins, so pants and flat shoes/sneakers are highly recommended.
Do I need prior medical experience?
No. Our classes are built for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned medical professionals.
How long does the class last?
Standard fully in-person classes run between 2 to 3.5 hours, depending on whether you are taking a combined First Aid course. Skills check sessions are usually completed within 1 hour.
How long will my CPR certification last?
Your AHA CPR certification is valid for 2 years through the American Heart Association.
Do I need BLS or CPR/AED (Heartsaver)?
